PERSONAL GROWTH COACHING

I am a practicing life coach, trained by Coach Training Alliance. I have benefited greatly from being both a life coach client and a coach. I have learned that life is sometimes a symphony of dissonant music coupled by beauty, fast and slow tempos, bright and dark places. Everything balances itself out. To live life to the fullest, one must have balance. The mind-body connection is very real! As a life coach my concentration is not only on setting goals and living dreams, but keeping both my client’s mind and body connected through wellness and creative thinking.

I vow to be an excellent listener, compassionate friend and co-creative partner to my clients. My background in recreation therapy, music therapy, education and stress management play into my style as a coach. I work with healthy, intellectual and motivated people who are looking to live their best life NOW! I dwell in the simple pleasures in life and the small reinforcing moments that lead to accomplishing big dreams and expect the same of my clients. It is my pleasure to help you create forward movement in the symphony of your life.

CONSULTING SERVICES

I am available as a consultant for pre-school and daycares to help provide a one-on-one training service to integrate music curriculum for all into the classroom. In 2010 I presented my Music for All and All for Music curriculum to the Montana Association for the Education of Young Children Conference. I also created a three week class titled Music Unlimited which I presented for teachers taking continuing education classes.

As a consultant, I care deeply about creating hands-on musical experiences for the unique clients and students in the classroom. I especially find great pleasure in making music easy to teach for non-musicians who would like to use music as a learning tool.
